Welcome to Texovia AI. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, website (texovia.ai), AI pattern generation tools, 3D visualization studios, and associated web services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or utilizing any features on Texovia AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Texovia AI.

Texovia AI provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform tailored for textile design, surface pattern creation, color separation, 3D garment visualization, and digital workflow automation.

We continuously refine our generative models and design utilities. Texovia AI reserves the right to modify, update, or introduce new features to optimize service quality and security.

3.1. Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account on Texovia AI.

3.2. Credential Protection: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activities executed under your account credentials are your legal responsibility.

3.3. Unauthorized Access: If you suspect any breach of security or unauthorized account access, report it immediately to support@texovia.ai.

4.1. Subscription Plans: Access to premium AI pattern generators, 3D studios, and credit packages is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected during checkout.

4.2. Secure Payment Processing: Payments are processed via authorized payment partners (including Razorpay). All applicable fees and taxes (GST) are specified prior to purchase.

4.3. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your Account Settings. All cancellations and refund eligibility criteria are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5.1. Texovia AI Intellectual Property: Texovia AI retains all proprietary rights, title, and interest in and to the platform software, algorithms, interface designs, branding, and core AI models.

5.2. User Input & Generated Outputs: You retain ownership of all original artwork, design files, and prompts uploaded to your account, as well as the custom pattern outputs generated through your active account.

7.1. Generative AI Notice: Generative AI outputs are probabilistic in nature. Texovia AI provides design tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without guaranteeing that generated patterns meet specific commercial production tolerances.

7.2. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Texovia AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage. Total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
