This Privacy Policy outlines how Texovia AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, processes, stores, and safeguards your personal data when you use the Texovia AI platform available at texovia.ai (the "Service").
We operate as the Data Fiduciary in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.
Organizational Scope: When an individual accesses Texovia AI on behalf of an enterprise or organization, this policy applies to all accounts and representatives linked to that organization.
We collect personal information necessary to deliver, secure, and enhance Texovia AI services:

5.1. Data Localization: All user data and design files are hosted on secure servers located in India (AWS Mumbai Region).
5.2. Technical Safeguards: We employ TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 storage encryption at rest, role-based access controls (RBAC), and regular vulnerability assessments.
5.3. Retention Period: Personal data is retained during the active account duration plus 90 days post-deletion, except financial transaction records retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax legislation.
We Never Sell Your Data. Texovia AI does not sell, lease, or monetize your personal information or private designs to third-party advertisers.
Data is shared only with verified service infrastructure partners (Razorpay for billing, AWS India for hosting) under strict data processing agreements.
